Bloomin’ Women: Menopause | Empowering you with Choice

Join Life + Lemons for an evening of discussion with an expert panel to empower you with CHOICE, as you navigate the next steps of your menopause journey.

Each speaker will be providing their insight and expert advice regarding health + well-being, to help dispel common assumptions and give you clarity about the unique choices that are right for you in your hormonal health.

Followed up by a discussion with Q+A with the panel. And later, dancing and festivities with the incredible Me No Pause to create lightness and connection in what can often feel like a heavy and lonely period of time.

The evening will be at Marmadukes Sorting Officen, you will be provided with a welcome drink and a delectable array of nibbles throughout the evening.

Panelists

Clare Shepherd | Clare is a qualified nutritional therapist who has been studying menopause for more than 30 years. She was the pioneer for change raising awareness of menopause in 2019 with a viral twitter campaign : #Pausitivity #KnowYourMenopause, designed to support the level of support women receive in primary care. She has spoken around the country including at Westminster.

Dr Lindsey Thomas | An experienced GP with a specialist interest in the Menopause and womens health. Dr Thomas has the British Menopause Society  advanced certificate, making her one of only 160 registered specialists in the UK.

Alongside her private practice, Lindsey is committed to raising awareness and improving menopause care in both a corporate and NHS setting, providing regular talks and lectures.
