The Bakery

We’re proud that we bake all of our bread, pastries & cakes in house, at our bakeries at The Sorting Office.

Our pastry kitchen brings us our beautiful cakes and savoury tarts, while our sourdough bakery is where the magic of our bread and viennoiserie happens.

We use the very best produce we can find, including Wildfarmed flour (more on that here), Estate Dairy butter, and Pump St chocolate. Find out about all of our suppliers here.
